The author presents a remarkable journey starting from not having any athletic aspirations to becoming a world champion. I think that inspired me the most and is something that I can apply not only to withour running I run recreationally, am a slow runner and struggle with keeping with training but also to my life.
This book was co-written by Chrissie and Michael Aylwin, who I just did a quick google search on and apparently is a Rugby sports writer for The Guardian. Wellingron goals were noble but my concerns were trivial.
